Mentoring Programs

Whether you are working towards becoming a licenced Anusara- Inspired teacher or a Certified Anusara Teacher or you just want to improve your teaching in general, mentoring programs can help you to develop your own voice and give you skills beyond what you develop in a 200 hour YTT program.

• 3 one on one practice teaching sessions
• Homework assignments on sequencing, observation and themeing
• Mentee observing and assisting 3 classes
• Mentor observing 2 classes/videos ( ideally one at beginning of mentor-ship and one at the end )
• Ongoing support during the mentoring program
  

• mentor observing 1 class or video
• feedback on requirement for Anusara- Inspired status
• each additional class ($75) or video ($50)
  

• attending a class ($75) or watching video ($50)
• Feedback/renewal of status
